It isn’t like future continuous or future perfect continuous tenses can’t be converted into passive.. They can be converted.. But they get too complex to understand or speak… They sound quite weird hence many teachers avoid explaining them or taking them into the syllabus to avoid the complications in the topic among the students…..
What is structure of future continuous tense in change the voice both active and passive
Thank you it is very useful
You are welcome Hazim Wani.
“We are going to be watching a movie tonight.”
Whew! I DO NOT find your example sentence natural. And when you form its passive, it sounds really awful.
“We are going to watch a movie tonight.” conveys the same idea. Keep it as simple.
Thank you!
Hi,
Here we are talking about future continuous tense which shows a continuous action in the future. Hence, I have followed the structure of the sentence and we are going to watch a movie tonight, doesn’t show a continuous action in the future.
After searching so many sites. I got yours. Thanks from Delhi
