Indians celebrate the National Science Day on 28 February yearly. This day marks the discovery of the Raman Effect by Indian physicist Sir Chandrashekhara Venkata Raman on 28 February 1928. I once more warmly welcome you all on the behalf of esteemed principle (name of the principal), teachers, and the whole school family on this auspicious function to celebrate the National Science Day and honor Sir Chandrashekhara Venkata Raman. So, thank you all for giving us your precious and prized time.

Notably, various Indian scientists got global recognition due to their work. Sir Chandrashekhara Venkata Raman is one of those noblemen; he invented theRaman Effectwhich studied the scattering of light in liquids, solids, and gases. For his invention, he received ”the Noble Prize for Physics” in 1930. Therefore, the government of India dedicated 28 February as National Science Day from 1999.
